You know what would be neat? A tumblr blog site machine where writers could submit bits of stories or ideas for stories that would then be critiqued or added onto by other readers.
When you say “added onto”, do you mean like a roundtable story where someone leaves it open for the next person to continue? I think I came across a few tumblr blogs that did that a while back, but I cant recall any names. It might be an idea though to push for personal submissions and critiques though.
I started a deviantart to upload a few literary pieces since DA has the “ask for critique” system, but no one ever responded. Plus nowadays DA is mostly a decaying compost pile of furry pron and myspace-style photos, so now I just use that account to follow artists.
